Trionyx Stellar Glow provides custom software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and AI integration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
Upon full payment for our services, the client retains all intellectual property rights to the final delivered product (e.g., source code, design assets). However, Trionyx Stellar Glow retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the project for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project commencement.

In no event shall Trionyx Stellar Glow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
The materials appearing on Trionyx Stellar Glow's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.
