Trionyx / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

AI automation services for the work between your tools.

Turn repetitive enquiries, follow-ups and data entry into a connected workflow. Trionyx scopes and builds AI automation around your existing operations, with clear rules for when a person takes over.

A focused brief. A scoped proposal. Clear next steps.

01 / A useful starting point

Built around the work
you need to get done.

For business owners, operations teams and sales teams handling repeatable work across inboxes, spreadsheets and business software. Start with one process that has a clear owner and a measurable outcome.

01

Lead handling & follow-ups

Capture an enquiry, ask agreed qualification questions, route it to the right person and create a follow-up task. Define what qualifies a lead before automating the handoff, so a faster response does not simply produce more noise for sales.

02

WhatsApp & conversational assistants

Help people find information, answer recurring questions and request appointments through a conversational interface. We scope the approved knowledge, escalation rules and integration requirements first. Messaging accounts, consent, template approval and provider charges remain part of the project plan.

03

CRM & back-office workflows

Connect forms, spreadsheets, customer records and scheduling systems through available APIs. A useful automation validates its inputs, avoids duplicate records and makes failed updates visible. Where a conventional rule or integration is sufficient, an AI model is not necessary.

04

AI voice & document workflows

Explore call-routing, appointment conversations or extracting structured information from documents. These workflows need representative examples, human review for uncertain cases and testing in the intended language and environment. We assess feasibility before promising production coverage.

02 / From discussion to delivery

A clear process.
An agreed handover.

What we scope together

  • A process map covering inputs, decisions, exceptions and the human handoff.
  • An agreed pilot scope with acceptance criteria and representative test cases.
  • The integrations and workflow code included in the written scope.
  • Configuration, deployment notes and guidance for the team running the workflow.
  • A handover covering monitoring, access ownership and the next support steps.
  1. 01

    Map the current work

Bring an example enquiry or document, the tools involved and a rough idea of weekly volume. We identify bottlenecks, data access and the person responsible for exceptions.

  2. 02

    Scope a small pilot

Choose one workflow and agree what success means: for example, response time, correctly routed enquiries or fewer manual updates. Establish a baseline rather than assuming a percentage saving.

  3. 03

    Build & test the handoffs

Connect the agreed systems and test ordinary, incomplete and unexpected inputs. Review who can approve actions, what happens when an API fails and how an operator can intervene.

  4. 04

    Launch, observe & refine

Release to an agreed audience, monitor failures and compare results with the baseline. Expand to more workflows only when the first one is useful and maintainable.

03 / Explore the work

Relevant project examples.

Start with the features and workflows in our portfolio. We can discuss the delivery context and how a similar approach might fit your brief.

04 / Know what you are buying

Scope first.
Then a useful estimate.

How to scope an AI automation pilot

A practical checklist for choosing a workflow, defining success and planning the handoff.

A quote based on your actual workflow

Cost depends on the number of systems, available APIs, data quality, languages, expected volume and how much review is needed. Implementation, hosting, model usage and messaging or telephony fees should be identified separately in the proposal.

People stay in control

Define data access and retention, restrict sensitive actions and agree when review is mandatory. An assistant should acknowledge missing information and transfer a conversation instead of inventing an answer. Any industry-specific obligations need to be addressed with your responsible team.

05 / Before we talk

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Do we need to replace our existing CRM or software?

Not necessarily. We first check the APIs, permissions and export options in the systems you already use. Integration limits may affect scope; replacing a system is a separate decision, not a requirement for every automation.

How long does an AI automation project take?

Timing depends on the workflow, integration access and test requirements. A bounded pilot is easier to estimate than a company-wide rollout. We propose milestones after reviewing the process and dependencies rather than promising the same timeline for every business.

Can you guarantee savings or more sales?

No single saving or sales increase applies to every workflow. We agree a measurable goal, record the starting point and test the result. Automating a broken process or sending more unqualified leads to sales will not create a useful outcome.

What should I send for an initial discussion?

Describe the task, how often it happens, the tools involved and where work gets stuck. Redacted examples are enough for an initial review. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential documents through the enquiry form.

Can you support the automation after launch?

Support, monitoring and changes can be included in an agreed support scope. We discuss ownership, response expectations and what happens when a connected provider changes its API before launch.

Your next step

Which repetitive workflow would you like to improve?

Send a short brief. We will review the goal, clarify the scope and discuss the next step with you. No credentials or confidential customer data are needed for an initial conversation.
